SUMMER Rates
(Memorial Day Weekend thru September)
$185/Night | add $8 per night per dog

WINTER Rates
(October thru pre-Memorial Day Weekend)
$150/Night  | add $8 per night per dog

Ethel’s may be reserved with first night’s rent. The final balance, pet fees and security deposit of $200 is due one month prior to arrival date.

Payment Options:

• Payments can be made via PayPal or by check.
• Visa and Mastercard accepted.
• The security deposit needs to be provided on a separate check.
• Please make all checks payable to: Ethel’s Coast Cottage.

Policies:

• Check-in time is 3 pm or after. Checkout is 11 am.
• Ethel’s is a non-smoking house.
• No boats or motorhomes please.
• Please keep dogs on a leash when outside. Some of the neighbors on our private road are year-around residents; your consideration of them is much appreciated.
• Cancellation: Reservations canceled less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit the advance deposit unless the house can be re-rented for the entire period.
• Security deposit is a cleaning/damage deposit which will be returned within 10 days after checkout, provided that the property is left in satisfactory condition.
• Cleaning: Option of either Guest-Self Clean or Maid Service Provided. If you choose Maid Service, please add $60.
